2025 Boston NABCJ Resource Registration
Vendors will have a 6-hour window (8AM - 2PM) to connect and offer services to over 500 state and local officials, representatives, as well as public and private sector community stakeholders, including DYS, DCF, MA Probation, MA Trial Court, and more.

About the event
What to Expect:
Vendors will have a 6-hour window (8AM - 2PM) to connect and offer services to over 500 state and local officials, representatives, as well as public and private sector community stakeholders, including DYS, DCF, MA Probation, MA Trial Court, and more.
Setup:
Vendors may start setting up as early as 7am. The setup period ends promptly at 7:45am; no vendors will be allowed to set up after this time.
Companions:
Each vendor is permitted to bring a guest. No minors can be companions.
Conference Entry:
All vendors will enjoy full access to the conference but are advised not to leave their tables unattended for more than 30 minutes unless said vendor has a companion
Designated Times:
Vendors are required to be present at their tables during the following hours:
8am - 9am: The Morning Commute
12pm - 1:15pm: Vendor Brunch Social
Wrap-up:
Vendors may conclude and leave by 2pm at the earliest.
Parking:
Complimentary onsite parking available at the venue.
